Mairloys was born in Havana, Cuba, and brings a deep sense of resilience, compassion, and determination to her work in real estate. After relocating to Jacksonville in September 2025, she pursued her long-standing passion for real estate, an industry she felt strongly called to, with a natural interest in investing and helping others build their futures.

 

What Mairloys loves most about real estate is the human connection. She takes pride in building meaningful relationships with her clients and guiding them through the important journey of buying or selling a home. Seeing her clients happy, satisfied, and achieving such a major milestone is what drives her every day. For her, being part of that process is not just a job, it’s deeply fulfilling.

 

As a bilingual agent, Mairloys offers a unique advantage by connecting with a broader range of clients and understanding their needs on a deeper level. She leads with compassion, dedication, and genuine care, always working hard to ensure her clients feel supported every step of the way.

 

Outside of real estate, Mairloys is passionate about giving back. She actively supports those in need by assisting the elderly, donating food and clothing, and helping children from immigrant families, many of whom share a similar journey of starting over in a new country.
