What began as a friendly conversation between Bill and Lauren Sharp became a reality with the inception of House & Haven in 2019. The two partners soon realized the vast amount of synergized, experience-based knowledge they possessed about the Northeast Florida real estate community. Their shared vision to offer a unique and independent real estate brokerage, with personalized concierge-like experience for clients, compelled them to venture into this opportunity. House & Haven prides itself on being a legacy real estate group, one whose background uniquely stands out among the rest. Diverse and exclusive backgrounds in various facets of the industry allow House & Haven to provide an unparalleled experience for each client. 

Bill’s father, William Sharp Sr., is the patriarch of the Sharp family. He worked for Ford Motor Company for 40 years when he entered real estate wanting something to do during his retirement. Bill Jr. joined the family real estate business after graduating from college. This led to the family expanding their business into a real estate brokerage, real property investments and management, mortgage lending and title insurance company. This expansion made the company a complete one stop solution to all aspects of real estate.

Bill Sharp has been a licensed real estate Broker since 1991 and spent 13 years creating a successful real estate brokerage that allowed him to not only fine-tune his real estate related knowledge and experience but also the aspect of running a business. Bill has also fostered Sharp Mortgages, Inc. into one of the leading and most respected mortgage lenders in Northeast Florida, celebrating 34 years of operation. Bill is also the founder and principal of Jacksonville Title and Trust since 2003, which has been a top local title insurance provider.

Lauren Sharp brings the third generation of real estate forward for the Sharp family. Lauren has grown up in the business and brings a fresh perspective and passion for connecting with the local community by utilizing marketing and technology. Lauren has joined the family business and has spent a number of years learning the business from her father, Bill, through their businesses. Lauren is a licensed REALTOR® and cofounder of House & Haven and is determined to help provide all of our clients the best real estate experience possible.
