Katelyn grew up in a military family and was born in Virginia Beach, Virginia, but she was raised in Jacksonville when her family was stationed here in 2012. Katelyn knows how important it is to have someone who is knowledgeable about the area when you are moving to an entirely new city or even simply across town. Although it can be intimidating moving somewhere new or just moving in general, she knows with her guidance she can help buyers find their dream home in an area that best suites them, as well as introduce to them to all the fun things there is to do in Jacksonville!

Katelyn's journey in real estate sparked from her previous background as a personal trainer. She is all about helping people achieve their goals, whether it be big or small. Being a trainer, she has personalized her clients' training to help achieve their own individual wants and needs and is eager to do the same with all her clients' journey in real estate.

On her free time, Katelyn loves to explore Jacksonville. Even though she has lived here all these years, she is still finding new trails to hike, places to eat, and things to do!
