Jessica Metzger was born in Lima, Peru, and brings a unique blend of international perspective, creativity, and genuine care to every real estate experience. After relocating from Charlotte, North Carolina, Jessica made Northeast Florida her home in 2024 and now enjoys living in the historic coastal community of St. Augustine, where she appreciates its rich history, welcoming atmosphere, and beautiful beaches.
Jessica's passion for real estate began long before becoming a licensed REALTOR®. Over the years, she and her family purchased, remodeled, and transformed homes, creating beautiful living spaces while building equity through thoughtful renovations. That hands-on experience gave her a keen eye for a home's potential and naturally led her into real estate. While balancing a demanding full-time career in healthcare, Jessica is committed to growing her real estate business with the goal of serving clients full-time in the future.

Throughout her professional career, Jessica has earned promotions that reflect her dedication, strong work ethic, and commitment to excellence. Outside of real estate, she volunteers with Pie in the Sky, an organization that provides meals to seniors living below the poverty line. She is also deeply passionate about animal welfare and advocating for those without a voice.
