Lisa Chandler is originally from Detroit, Michigan. She moved here to Jacksonville in 1999 and loves the area that she lives in. She was drawn to the Callahan area where it not only has wide open spaces but also a close knit family atmosphere. Lisa’s hobbies include staying fit and drag racing. Lisa attended college at Florida State College at Jacksonville where she received her A.A.S. degree in Business Administration. This degree assisted Lisa with the Maintenance company she and her husband began in 2007. Along with her and her husband’s Maintenance Company, Lisa also took part in her family’s Property Management Business for 20 years. After the family business was sold, she decided it was time to try something different. Lisa thought Sales would be a great way to not only branch out but carry on the legacy of her family’s business in a new and exciting way. Lisa decided that Real Estate was the perfect way to carry on that legacy and decided to get her Real Estate License. She chose to join the H&H team because of the family atmosphere and the genuine desire to provide the best possible avenue of support and growth for new agents.

Lisa has found that Real Estate brings a wealth of opportunities to each individual she works with. There is nothing like watching the excitement a home buyer or renter gets when they walk into the house they always wanted or the fulfillment that is acquired by helping someone grow their investment income and portfolio.
