Chris Childers was born into a family of successful Real Estate professionals who have been involved in all aspects of Real Estate including commercial, residential, construction and property management. With this extensive background, Chris brings energy, passion, and knowledge to the home buying and selling experience.

Chris’ main goal is to be available to his customers while working hard to keep their best interest in mind, all the time. Always keeping the customers’ needs and concerns as his number one priority, making for a tailored and meaningful buying and selling relationship. 

Chris embodies what a great real estate agent should be. With his extraordinary understanding of the real estate and mortgage finance fields, Chris can provide sharp, instinctive and caring service to all his clients while never skipping a beat. As a former operations manager in the marketing and staffing industry, along with being a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 1999 in Florida, Chris understands all aspects of the real estate process and is an incredible resource for his clients. Chris understands not only the market but the economics of buying and selling and how to leverage all the tools available to get the best results for his clients. 

Bringing experience and understanding to his clients is the best way to help them realize their goal of buying or selling their home or investment property. Chris aims to take a seemingly complicated process and make it understandable and profitable at the same time. In addition to being a main sponsor of the Serving up a Cure charity tennis tournament, Chris has contributed to many other charities in the community including Artist Connection Theatre, Girls on the Run and many more. Chris believes it is the duty of himself and House & Haven to be a good steward to the community, giving back is an extremely important part of our culture.
