Chris Childers was born into a family of successful Real Estate professionals who have been involved in all aspects of Real Estate including commercial, residential, construction and property management. With this extensive background, Chris brings energy, passion, and knowledge to the home buying and selling experience.

Chris’ main goal is to be available to his customers while working hard to keep their best interests in mind. Keeping the customer's needs as his number one priority makes for a tailored and meaningful buying and selling relationship. 

Chris embodies what a great Real Estate Agent should be. With his extraordinary understanding of the real estate and mortgage finance fields, Chris can provide sharp, instinctive and caring service to all his clients while never skipping a beat. As a former Operations Manager in the marketing and staffing industry, along with being a Florida licensed Mortgage Loan Originator since 1999 and a certified Real Estate Agent since 2014, Chris understands all aspects of the real estate process and is an incredible resource for his clients. Chris understands not only the market but the economics of buying and selling and how to leverage all the tools available to get the best results for his clients. 

Bringing experience and understanding to his clients is the best way to help them realize their goal of buying or selling their home or investment property. Chris aims to take a seemingly complicated process and make it understandable and profitable at the same time. He is the main sponsor for the Serving up the Cure tennis tournament and has also contributed to other charities in the community such as Artist Connection Theater and Girls on the Run. He believes it is his duty, as well as the duty of House & Haven, to be a good steward to the community. House & Haven has been an incredable tool we have used to fulfill this duty of giving back, which is such a critical part of our culture.
