Having embarked on a captivating journey from northern living to Clearwater and Atlanta, she has joyfully returned to her dream home in sunny Florida. Infused with a family legacy of entrepreneurship and real estate ventures spanning six decades, Hilarie brings a wealth of corporate and real estate knowledge. During her time at The University of Akron, pursuing a B.S. in Marketing and Sales Management with a second major in Advertising and Sales, Hilarie delved into the world of property management. Assisting with six family apartment complexes, she gained invaluable insights into the real estate landscape. Post-graduation, she seamlessly transitioned into the family business, contributing significantly to its expansion from 1,500 to over 8,000 worksite employees in her nearly 10-year tenure. Her multifaceted role encompassed Sales Leadership, Marketing Management, and Business Development, where she honed administrative and cost-efficient solutions.

Never one to settle, Hilarie's commitment to growth led her to Atlanta, where she thrived as a Management Consultant for one of the largest HR Outsourcing firms in the country. Recognized for her expertise, she was recruited to the role of Vice President of Sales for multiple companies. Reporting directly to CEOs, she orchestrated national strategic sales and business development initiatives, negotiated and closed complex deals, and mentored sales teams.

In 2017, fueled by her passion for real estate, Hilarie obtained her license, later became dual-licensed in Georgia and Florida. Blending her diverse corporate skills with strategic analytics and negotiation prowess, she successfully navigates the dynamic real estate market. Her quick ability to connect on a deeper level, paired with her authenticity and patience and competitive spirit defines her approach. Going above and beyond, Hilarie crafts a personalized experience for each client, exceeding expectations. Hilarie's commitment to excellence and passion for the industry make her an invaluable asset.
